How to sign in?
First, make sure you’re using the correct email and password that you entered when purchasing your plan. Then, enter your email and password and click the Login button below.
If you still have trouble accessing your account, contact our support team — we’ll help you get back in.

That's it, you can now start your Plan!
I can’t log in or access may plan. What should I do?
First of all make sure that the combination of e-mail and password you tried is correct (for security reasons our error message doesn't explicitly reference whether you made a mistake in your email or password. This is deliberately so to make it harder for malicious individuals to guess any account details). If you are still having problems it might that have forgotten your password. In this case you can simply ask for a new one to be sent out to you. Click on the Forgot your password? link located just below the Login button.

Type the email that corresponds to your account and click Send. An email will be sent to you with a link for setting a new password for your account. If you don’t see the email appearing in your Inbox, make sure to also check the spam folder as it may have been accidentally caught by your email's spam filter. If this is the case then make sure to identify this message as Not spam so that you don't lose any future correspondence from Ruut.
Something’s not working right (technical issue).
Try the following first:

- Clear your browser cookies/cache
- Switch to another browser or device

How do I log out from website?
If you want to log out from Ruut website simply click the Sign out option that can be found at the top-right menu.

I purchased a plan. How do I access it?
If you have already purchased a course you only need to visit our website and sign in, so you will have full access to the content. The plan you have purchased will appear at the top of the course list. By clicking on "go to my plan" button you will be directed to its contents.
How do I navigate inside my personal plan?
Once you log in, you’ll find a full table of contents on the left-hand side of the screen. You can browse through the sections and access any learning unit you'd like to study.
In most cases, it's best to follow the program order recommended by our coaches.
You can always return and revisit any unit at any time.
Completed days in your plan are marked with a subtle check mark.
How do I manage my subscription?
You can contact our support team anytime — just write to support@ruutlabs.com.
Alternatively, click the Support button on the website and reach out through the Contact Us option.
You can also always find our support email in the footer of the site.

How long does it take to complete a Plan?
It really depends on you. Each plan has different time requirements based on the duration you chose when purchasing the program.
But don’t worry — if you extend your plan after the initial period, we’ll add new materials for you. That way, you can continue your recovery journey and keep improving your life at your own pace!
